Our Family Christmas includes up to 5 people and one pet. Any family works: one parent or two, two mums or two dads, grandparents, aunts and uncles, twins. You choose the names and how each person is called in the story. Other books show their own crew options when you begin.

No. For each person you can upload a photo or describe them: skin tone, hair, eyes, glasses and more. You can mix both in the same book.

We create them with AI from your photos or descriptions, in one of our 8 illustration styles, then a person checks every page for likeness and mistakes before you see it.

Yes. You see and approve the character portraits free before paying. After ordering, you receive a proof of every page and can ask for changes before we print. Please reply within 12 hours; if we don’t hear back, your proof is approved automatically to protect your delivery date. You can ask us for more time before then.

Our Family Christmas has 32 pages in three hardback sizes: classic square 20 × 20 cm · 8 × 8 in, wide landscape 28 × 21 cm · 11 × 8.3 in, or large square 28 × 28 cm · 11 × 11 in. Formats vary by book, and are shown on each book’s page.

They are stored privately, used only to draw your book, never used to train AI, and deleted 30 days after delivery. Draft projects that are never ordered are deleted after 60 days. You can ask us to delete your photos sooner.

In the UK for UK orders and in the USA for US orders, so there are no customs fees and delivery is quicker. Standard delivery is included in the first-copy price.

Because each book is made just for you, it can’t be returned for a change of mind once approved and sent to print. Before that point, you can cancel for a full refund. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or with a mistake we made, send us a photo within 30 days and we reprint it free.

No. You pay once for your book. That’s it.
