You receive your full book proof after ordering, before printing. If a page isn’t right, ask for a change and we redraw it. If you don’t reply within 12 hours of receiving your proof, we print it as shown so it isn’t delayed. You can always ask us for more time before then.

Personalised books can’t be returned for a change of mind once approved and sent to print. Before that point, you can cancel for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. Read the terms of sale.
